Welcome to Roobet. These comprehensive Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you (referred to as the “Player,” “User,” or “you”) and Roobet (referred to as the “Casino,” “Platform,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). This agreement governs your access to and use of the Roobet website, all associated mobile platforms, proprietary games (Roobet Originals), third-party games, and financial transactions. By navigating our website, registering an account, depositing cryptocurrency, or participating in any gameplay, you expressly acknowledge that you have read, fully understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by every provision within this document. 1. Account Registration, Eligibility, and Restrictions

Participation is strictly prohibited for anyone under the age of 18, or the legal age of majority in their specific jurisdiction, whichever is higher. We do not provide legal advice regarding the legality of online gambling in your region. It is your sole and absolute responsibility to verify that accessing an online cryptocurrency casino is legally permitted under the laws of your physical location before creating an account. Furthermore, employees of Roobet, our software providers, affiliates, and their immediate family members are strictly forbidden from creating accounts or participating in real-money gameplay on our platform.

When creating an account, you are obligated to provide accurate, truthful, and up-to-date personal information. Roobet strictly enforces a “One Account Per Person” policy. This means you are permitted to open only one single account per physical person, household, IP address, residential address, device, and cryptocurrency wallet. Any attempt to bypass this rule by creating multiple accounts using altered personal details, different email addresses, or masked IP addresses constitutes a severe breach of these Terms. If our security systems detect multi-accounting, Roobet reserves the absolute right to immediately and permanently close all associated accounts, confiscate any active balances, void all winnings, and cancel any pending withdrawals without prior notice. You are solely responsible for keeping your login credentials confidential; Roobet assumes no liability for any financial losses resulting from unauthorized access to your account due to your failure to secure your password or enable Two-Factor Authentication (2FA).

2. Identity Verification (KYC) and Anti-Money Laundering (AML)

As a fully regulated online gaming platform, Roobet complies strictly with international Anti-Money Laundering (AML) and Counter-Terrorism Financing (CTF) directives. To maintain the integrity of our platform, we operate a robust Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. We reserve the right to request comprehensive identity verification documentation at any stage of your user journey, most commonly triggered by specific deposit thresholds, withdrawal requests, or irregular betting patterns.

When requested, you must provide clear, unedited, high-resolution photographs or scans of official documents. This typically includes a valid, government-issued photo ID and recent proof of address. You may only deposit funds using cryptocurrency wallets that legally belong to you. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited; if we detect that a deposit originated from a wallet not in your name or directly from an incompatible smart contract, the funds may be lost or returned (minus network fees), any associated winnings will be voided, and your account will be subjected to a security review.

When making a deposit, you are entirely responsible for ensuring that you are sending the correct supported cryptocurrency via the correct network to the exact matching wallet address provided in your Roobet cashier. Any funds sent to an incorrect address or via an unsupported network will be permanently lost, and Roobet assumes no responsibility for recovering such assets. Furthermore, you acknowledge that blockchain transactions require network confirmations before being credited to your account.

Regarding withdrawals, Roobet strives to process payouts instantly. However, all withdrawals are subject to internal security audits, gameplay reviews, and adherence to our minimum withdrawal limits. You also acknowledge that the fiat value of cryptocurrencies is highly volatile. Roobet is not liable for any loss of fiat value that occurs while your funds are held in your casino balance, during gameplay, or during the processing time of a withdrawal.

4. Anti-Fraud, Fair Play, and Prohibited Gameplay Strategies

Roobet is dedicated to maintaining a level playing field for all users. We maintain a zero-tolerance policy toward fraud, cheating, collusion, and the exploitation of our platform. You are expressly forbidden from using automated playing bots, betting syndicates, exploit software, or any unauthorized third-party applications designed to manipulate game outcomes. While the use of a Virtual Private Network (VPN) is permitted for general privacy, using a VPN to intentionally bypass geographical restrictions imposed by specific game providers is strictly prohibited and will lead to the confiscation of winnings from those restricted games.

Furthermore, we closely monitor gameplay for abusive betting strategies. This includes engaging in minimal-risk betting (such as betting on both red and black simultaneously in roulette) to artificially increase wager volume, or delaying game rounds to clear bonus requirements later. If Roobet determines, at its sole discretion, that you are engaging in any form of advantage play or fraudulent activity, your account will be banned indefinitely, and all funds will be permanently confiscated.

5. Bonus Terms and Promotional Offers

Roobet regularly provides promotional offers, rakebacks, and special events. Every bonus awarded is governed by both these general Terms and specific Bonus Terms and Conditions. Bonuses are strictly limited to one per user, household, or IP address. Unless explicitly stated otherwise, all bonus funds are subject to mandatory wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable cash. While a bonus is active, maximum bet limits and game restrictions apply. Roobet reserves the right to cancel any bonus, alter promotional terms, or exclude specific players from receiving bonuses at our absolute discretion.

6. System Errors, IT Failures, and Game Malfunctions

In the event of a system malfunction, network disconnection, or a bug within a specific casino game (including Roobet Originals), all wagers, plays, and resulting payouts are rendered completely void. These erroneously credited funds remain the property of Roobet. If you withdraw funds credited in error before the mistake is noticed, the withdrawn amount will constitute a legally enforceable debt owed by you to Roobet, which we reserve the right to deduct from any future deposits.

7. Dormant and Inactive Accounts

If you do not log into your Roobet account or register any real-money gameplay activity for a consecutive period of twelve (12) months, your account will be classified as a “Dormant Account.” Roobet reserves the right to charge a monthly administrative maintenance fee on all dormant accounts holding a positive balance. This fee will be automatically deducted from your account balance every month until the balance reaches zero, at which point the account may be permanently closed. If you log in and resume gameplay, the dormant status will be lifted.

8. Limitation of Liability and Indemnification

You enter the website and participate in the games entirely at your own risk. The website and the games are provided without any warranty whatsoever. Roobet, including our directors, employees, and software providers, shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the platform. 9. Responsible Gaming and Account Self-Exclusion

Furthermore, you may request a permanent Self-Exclusion by contacting our support team. Once a self-exclusion request is processed, your account will be locked, and you will be prohibited from accessing our services. Roobet will not be held financially or legally responsible if you actively circumvent our self-exclusion systems by creating new accounts under false details.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

If you have a complaint regarding a game outcome or financial transaction, you must first contact our customer support team within seven (7) days of the incident occurring. Our team will investigate the matter and attempt to provide a fair resolution. All decisions made by Roobet’s management regarding game outcomes or rule enforcement are final and binding. These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Roobet’s gaming license is issued. Any legal disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts within that specific region.

11. Amendments to the Terms and Conditions
